Terms and conditions for using EasySunday.ai

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasySunday.ai website and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Sunday Systems, Inc. (“EasySunday,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using EasySunday.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Relationship to Other Agreements¶

These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, and users of EasySunday.ai.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with EasySunday (such as a client or services agreement), that agreement will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Eligibility¶

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Description of Services¶

EasySunday.ai provides AI-powered content and social media automation services.

Access to Services is not automatic and may be offered only after approval. Services may be delivered as done-for-you workflows, managed implementations, or other service formats at our discretion.

We do not guarantee availability, continuity, accuracy, performance, or results. Services may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

4. No Professional Advice¶

The Services may generate or process content using artificial intelligence and automation.

All outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, marketing, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and using any content before publication or reliance.

5. Client Content and Ownership¶

You retain ownership of any content you provide.

By using the Services, you grant EasySunday a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. EasySunday is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or consequences of content you submit or publish.

6. AI Output Disclaimer¶

AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.

EasySunday makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You assume all risk associated with the use of such outputs.

The Services may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, and services, including social media networks.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their actions, outages, policy changes, restrictions, or suspensions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms.

8. Third-Party Services¶

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party providers. EasySunday is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Fees and Payments¶

Fees for Services are agreed separately and are generally charged as one-time payments.

Payments are processed through Stripe. EasySunday does not store payment card information.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of Services.

10. Refunds¶

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any refunds, if offered, are provided solely at EasySunday’s discretion. No guarantees of results or satisfaction are provided.

11. Prohibited Uses¶

You may not use the Services to:

Violate laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Distribute spam, scams, or malicious content
Interfere with or disrupt systems or services
Circumvent safeguards or access controls
Reverse engineer or misuse the Services

12. Suspension and Termination¶

EasySunday may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or legal or security concerns.

13. Disclaimers¶

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
EASYSUNDAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability¶

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYSUNDAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS.

EASYSUNDAY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO EASYSUNDAY FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification¶

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasySunday, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Arbitration¶

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, conducted on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

17. Changes to Terms¶

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
